At Vann Adrik®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Returns
If you are not happy with the product we will be happy to issue a REFUND of the purchased product or to do an EXCHANGE we have to receive the merchandise within 14 days after deliveryNOTE* (HANDBAGS ARE FINAL SALE) We have to be notified for the items being returned within 24-48 hours once received via email at boutique.vannadrik@gmail.com after customer receives the goods.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
